The footwear we sell (shoes, trainers, plimsolls, moccasins, etc.) is designed to be worn with socks. We do not recommend wearing them on bare feet. Do not wash them in a washing machine or by hand.

Before going into more detail about cleaning specific materials, here is a general approach:

1. Use a brush  – to remove visible, superficial dirt;

2. Remove the laces and insoles – these are cleaned separately;

3. Use a smaller towel – dampen it thoroughly with water and remove the less visible and deeper dirt stains, including those in the shoelace holes;

Use a soft towel – to dry the trainers and give them a bit of shine;

REAL LEATHER FOOTWEAR MAINTENANCE After each wear, the footwear should be cleaned, fitted with shoe trees of the appropriate size and shape, and dried slowly at room temperature; after cleaning, apply the specific cream or polish suitable for each type of leather. Do not use any source of heat for drying, NOR direct sunlight. Nubuck and suede (suede-like) leather footwear should be cleaned after drying using a special suede brush. Do not use water to wash suede or nubuck leather because it will stain. The uppers should be washed with a special solution for this category. Footwear with patent or metallic uppers should be cleaned with a soft cloth, avoiding direct contact with solvents (alcohol, acetone, etc.). WARNING! All categories of leather footwear MUST NOT BE WASHED IN THE WASHING MACHINE and should not be washed with tap water. Only products marked as WATERPROOF are waterproof. Items marked as water resistant allow water to penetrate more slowly, but are not waterproof. Footwear with textile or leather uppers (suede, nubuck, etc.) with stitched soles and uppers featuring decorative stitching should only be worn in dry weather, as water can seep through the stitching very easily.

We recommend alternating with other pairs of footwear for long-lasting use.
The guarantee offered does not affect the rights granted to consumers by the legislation in force GEO 140/2021, GO 21/1992, GO 34/2014, LAW 296/2004. The guarantee period is 30 days, subject to compliance with the instructions for use and maintenance. The guarantee is ensured through repair or replacement, as applicable. Cancellation of the contract is only possible under the conditions of GEO 140/2021. The consumer is not entitled to request the cancellation of the contract if the lack of conformity is minor. The soles do not have anti-slip properties, presenting a risk of slipping, especially in the wet or cold season.
