International delivery Reginald.ro

International orders are shipped via DHL (anywhere in the world), Corlan Trans or DPD Courier (Europe only), delivery takes 7 working days from the date of handover to the courier: Order date + 1 (packing day) + 1 (courier handover day) + 3 – 7 days delivery.

2. The order can be placed on the website: When filling in the details, select the Country, City, then in the Street, number field, add your full address from your country (including postcode), telephone number and e-mail address (in order to receive the tracking code and any instructions from the courier).

3. Payment can be made by card on the website or into the company's bank account. There is no cash on delivery method for international deliveries. If you select payment by bank transfer, you will receive the bank account details by email. To ensure that the products are reserved for you, please send us the proof of payment within a maximum of 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

4. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

5. You receive a parcel tracking code (via email or SMS) so you can check where your parcel is at any time.

7. In the case of a size exchange or return, the customer bears all shipping costs (both ways) and bank charges for the refund of money, if applicable. The displayed amounts include VAT. The delivery fee is added to the order value, so the price paid by card or bank transfer to take possession of the parcel represents the cost of the order plus the delivery fee.

8. WARNING! Deliveries to non-EU countries (Great Britain, England, Switzerland, Moldova, Israel, USA, etc.) may be subject to customs duties upon destination.

9. WARNING! The SMS messages received from the website are preset for orders within Romania (the delivery time differs, etc.)
