Payment methods
You can pay for the products on delivery when the courier brings you the parcel. We do not have the option to open the parcel.
You can also pay with any debit card when you complete your order.
Payment for international orders is made before shipment, into the company's bank account or by card. More details...
Return
Place a new order on the website with the desired size/desired product and in the Additional Information section, write "Product for exchange." We will contact you by phone for the exchange details (we will send a courier to you the next day to collect and subsequently bring you another size).
To return a product, you must complete the returns form and read the return conditions. AICI
In case of an exchange, the initial order date is the one from which the 14 calendar days are calculated. Thus, the customer can exchange the products as many times as they wish within this period.
