How do I change the product?

Place a new order on the website with the desired size/desired product and in the Additional Information section, write "Product for exchange." We will contact you by phone for the exchange details (we will send a courier to you the next day to collect and subsequently bring you another size).

What is the return/exchange period?

In case of an exchange, the initial order date is the one from which the 14 calendar days are calculated. Thus, the customer can exchange the products as many times as they wish within this period.
