Product returns

Comply Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of certain normative acts, the consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.

The only costs falling upon the consumer are the direct expenses for returning the products and the initial transport if applicable (selecting Fast Courier 17 lei – this amount is non-refundable).

In this case, the Customer undertakes to notify SC REGINALD BRAND SRL of their intention to return the purchased products by any means of written communication (by completing the form Return (reginald.ro)) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products are returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days. Otherwise, SC REGINALD BRAND SRL may refuse the parcel. The deadline is met if the products are sent back by the consumer before the 14-day period expires.

In the case of an exchange or exchanges, the 14 calendar days are calculated from the date of the original order. This means that the customer may exchange the product(s) as many times as they wish within this period.

The customer must provide us with a bank account in lei (consisting of 24 characters) into which the value of the products will be refunded.

In any case of product returns (even where the return is attributable to SC REGINALD BRAND SRL – damaged parcels, incorrectly manufactured or delivered products, or products with manufacturing defects), they must be in the same condition, in their original packaging, with the labels intact, free from stains or odours, and accompanied by all the documents that came with them (invoice, warranty certificates, etc.).

Returned products must not to be worn, it must be in the same condition as when received: free from damage, defects, odours or stains, with the labels intact, etc. (with the exception of hidden defects and defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with www.reginald.ro ). We require these details because the product must be returned to the manufacturer or put back on sale.

The customer undertakes to complete the returns form before posting the return parcel Return (reginald.ro)  or to ring (MONDAY – FRIDAY 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.–Telephone: 0374 706 706 to register your return request. You will be informed of the return procedure over the phone, or you can read about it below:

The customer is entitled to free delivery on one occasion only (depending on the order value); in the event of a second exchange, they will be required to pay the full cost of the outward and return delivery charges, and if a refund is ultimately requested, the product exchange fees will be deducted from the total of the original order (17 lei or 34 lei, depending on the order value).
For subsequent exchanges, we reserve the right to remove the option of parcel delivery for the exchange; we will only cover the delivery cost for the first exchange if your order exceeds 300 lei; for orders under 300 lei the customer pays half the delivery cost and we at Reginald.ro pay the other half.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the order is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). For this purpose, you may use the attached withdrawal model; however, its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse any sum we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date of the order regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out this refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund.
Completion instructions:
Put the following formulations in quotation marks:
(a) in the case of a service provision contract or a contract for the supply of water, gas, electricity, where these do not provide for sale in a limited volume or set quantity, district heating, or digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium: „conclusion of the contract.”;
(b) in the case of a sales contract: „where you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.”;
(c) in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately: „where you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.”
(d) in the case of a contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or parts: „on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.”;
(e) in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a set period of time: „where you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the first good.”
(f) in the case of a contract with a free delivery promotion (for orders over 100 lei), shipping will be billed at the amount of 17 lei in the event of a return.

If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation request without undue delay on a durable medium (for example, by email).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having dispatched the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
If the consumer has received goods in connection with the contract, insert the following:(
a) insert:—„We will collect the goods.”; or—„You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or to … [insert the name and, if applicable, the physical address of the person authorised by you to receive the goods], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.”;
(b) insert: „You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.”;—If, in the case of a distance contract, you do not offer to bear the cost of returning the goods and the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post: „You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, … EUR [insert amount].”; or, if the cost of returning the goods cannot reasonably be calculated in advance: „You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately … EUR [insert amount].”; or—If, in the case of off-premises contracts, the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post and have been delivered to the consumer's home at the time of the conclusion of the contract: „We will collect the goods and bear the cost of doing so.”; and(c) insert: „You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.”

ORDER
In accordance with Government Ordinance no. 130/2000, in the event of purchasing products from this online shop using distance communication techniques, we reserve the right to refuse orders if the product information has been entered erroneously. We reserve the right to refuse an order for several reasons, among which:
– the ordered product is out of stock;
– the impossibility of obtaining the payment authorisation;
– identifying an error in the product information, including the price or a promotional offer;
– the order does not meet our quality standards
If any issues arise with an order, we will contact you.
We reserve the right to refuse an order at any point during the ordering procedure.
We reserve the right to change the selling prices of the presented products when we consider it necessary. The prices include VAT.
Any non-conformity of the products must be reported immediately to the sender via any communication method displayed on the website.
Returned products must be new, unused and delivered in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse and, consequently, to send back to you any product that does not strictly meet the return conditions, is physically worn or damaged.
Returns of used products, with missing labels, traces of wear/perfume/stains, and/or with damaged packaging are not accepted. All orders are stored in our database. However, please keep your correspondence with us and confirm your order.
