Delivery in Romania

 

Delivery of orders in Romania it is done exclusively by courier:

  • DPD Courier, 2-4 business days (excluding the packing day) to any location in Romania, from the date of order confirmation by phone or SMS, and the shipping cost is 22 lei VAT included. 
  • FAN Courier, 1-2 working days (excluding the day of packaging) only in locations where there are no additional charges, from the date the order is confirmed by phone or SMS, and the shipping cost is 25 lei VAT included. 
  • Cargus Courier, 1-3 working days (excluding the day of packaging) to any location in Romania, from the date of order confirmation by phone or SMS, and the shipping cost is 22 lei VAT included. 

 

Free delivery it is done via any of the couriers above for any order over 299 lei. The delivery time is 1-5 working days, depending on the destination town or city. Free delivery is valid only on the territory of Romania.

Order payment Cash on delivery is available, paid to the courier before handing over the parcel / card payment on the website upon order completion, or payment by bank transfer to the company account which you will receive after placing the order (the order will not be dispatched until the payment amount reaches the company account).

The displayed amounts include VAT. The delivery charge is added to the order value, so the price paid to the courier to receive the package represents the cost of the order plus the delivery charge.
Orders are assembled and dispatched from Monday to Friday.

International delivery

International orders are sent via DHL (anywhere in the world) or DPD Courier (Europe only), delivery takes 7 working days from the date of handover to the courier, Order date + 1 (packing day) + 1 (day of handover to the courier) + 3 – 7 days delivery.

Delivery costs:

– Free delivery in Romania.

– Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia: 5 euro (approx.)

– Rest of Europe: €25.

– United Kingdom: €25.

– North America, Canada, Mexico, South America, South Africa: €45.

– Australia, Asia: €55.

– Rest of the world: €55.

2. The order can be placed on the website: When filling in the details, select the Country, City, then in the Street, number field, add your full address from your country (including postcode), telephone number and e-mail address (in order to receive the tracking code and any instructions from the courier).

3. Payment can be made by card on the website or into the company's bank account. There is no cash on delivery method for international deliveries. If you select payment by bank transfer, you will receive the bank account details by email. To ensure that the products are reserved for you, please send us the proof of payment within a maximum of 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

4. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

5. You receive a parcel tracking code (via email or SMS) so you can check where your parcel is at any time.

6. Orders can be placed both online and by phone on: +40 374 706 706. Monday-Friday 09:00 – 17:00

7. In the case of a size exchange or return, the customer bears all shipping costs (both ways) and bank charges for the refund of money, if applicable. The displayed amounts include VAT. The delivery fee is added to the order value, so the price paid by card or bank transfer to take possession of the parcel represents the cost of the order plus the delivery fee.

8. Returns / Exchanges are made as follows:

  • courier- paid and called by you (Our company address is SC REGINALD BRAND SRL - Sat Malcoci, Str. Primăverii nr. 2, Jud. Tulcea, –Telephone: 0745299933 ). Attention Now use services postal(post). The parcel must reaches to the address.
  • courier sent by us (DPD or DHL) but with the transport value of 119 lei deducted from the amount to be refunded or paid by you into our account. (The request is made by you to us via phone or e-mail). In the case of an exchange, the transport will be paid collection + delivery (119 lei + 119 lei).

9. WARNING! Deliveries to non-EU countries (Great Britain, England, Switzerland, Moldova, Israel, USA, etc.) may be subject to customs duties upon destination.

10. WARNING! The SMS messages received from the website are preset for orders within Romania (the delivery time differs, etc.)
