By completing the registration and order form, you agree to your data being recorded in the database of SC REGINALD BRAND SRL, registered with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing under the conditions and in compliance with the provisions of Law 677/2001.

Personal data will be collected only with the customer's voluntary consent, as this is necessary for invoicing, dispatching and/or returning orders, contacting the customer to resolve unforeseen situations regarding the order, and for sending newsletters/promotional text messages.

In accordance with Law 677/2001, the customer has the right of access, rectification and objection regarding the personal data they have provided, free of charge, by simply completing a written, signed and dated request.

SC REGINALD SRL undertakes to:

• cease the processing of customers' personal data upon their request;
• confirming to the data subject whether or not their personal data are being processed;
• to protect the personal data of clients in accordance with the provisions of Law 677/2001.

The client may request in writing, once a year, a record of how their personal data is processed.
