The product exchange

The exchange is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

It can be exchanged for any product on the website.

The products must not to be worn, to be in the same condition as upon receipt: without damage, without defects, odours, stains, with intact labels, with the seal etc.

If you experience any issues with the SIZE (or product exchange), you can proceed as follows:

  1. Place a new order on the website with the desired size / desired product and in Additional Information write PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE.
  2. We will place an order to collect the product from you, or you can send it yourself to Reginald.ro (SC REGINALD BRAND SRL - Loc. Malcoci, Str. Prunului nr. 22, Jud. Tulcea)., Telephone: 0745299933 )
  3. Upon receiving the product from you, we will dispatch the new order.
  4. The customer benefits from free transport only once, exclusively in the case of suits.

    Orders over 300 lei and suits qualify for free size/product exchanges. 

    Orders under 300 lei only incur one delivery charge (the return one); the cost of shipping the exchange to the customer is borne by them and costs approx. 25 lei including VAT (this varies depending on the weight of the parcel).

Returned products must not to be worn, to be in the same condition as upon receipt: without damage, without defects, odour, stains, with tags intact, without alterations etc. (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the customer in correspondence with www.reginald.ro We are requesting these features because the product needs to be returned to the manufacturer or put back on sale.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in protective boxes or bags to avoid soiling or damaging the products.

If it changes the same product (size only), in the event that the product price changes (goes on sale - decreases or stock is updated - increases) New University account will be taken of price difference, intervened between the moment procurement and the moment of the exchange, regardless of whether it is more or less.
